Youth Equity

Though there are many ways one could articulate the word "equity", we believe equity is allowing each and every child to achieve their fullest potential, with equal opportunity.

Racial Equality

The transition from adolescence to adulthood is monumental to shaping a person and their foreseeable future. Individuals begin to find who they truly are in different aspects of their life, whether that be through home, work, education, or their personal experiences. However, for some marginalized groups, this process is disrupted by racial discrimination and struggles, which shifts their focus away from preparing to be an adult to first fending off such obstacles. Every individual deserves the chance to enter adulthood with an equal preparation for life emotionally, physically, and mentally, regardless of their walk of life.

Environmental Conservation

IcLucy's target demographic, youth, will be growing up in a drastically different world than their parents did. We will see the continued effects of global warming, more animals extinct, competition for scarce arable land, and much more. This is why we aim to do our part in helping to avert the environmental crisis, whether that be by encouraging recycling or spreading awareness.
