How does Traditional Volunteering improve mental health?

When you volunteer, you desire to make to make a positive change, and that mindset keeps you be motivated to achieve your goal. Volunteers enjoy working with other people to create a better living environment for everyone.

When you volunteer, you tend to forget the stress and problems that you might be dealing with because volunteering feels like a prolonged calmness. It increases those relaxed feelings by releasing dopamine. Basically, it creates immense joy and happiness!

Because volunteering improves mental health, it also improves physical health. It reduces stress which decreases the risk of many physical health problems.
